How often will you visit our facility?
Frequency is set by your risk level and certification requirements typically 2 to 4 visits per month. High risk food and pharma sites usually opt for weekly (4/month) visits; lower risk sites may choose fortnightly.
Is documentation included, or is it extra?
Documentation is central to the program, not an add on. Service reports, registers, trend analysis, and CAPA records are all included and kept audit ready as part of the monthly fee.
Do you use chemical sprays?
Only when justified and targeted. Our approach is prevention and monitoring led; chemical intervention is a controlled last step with approved materials, fully documented on your chemical register.
