Pest Risk Assessment & Site Mapping

Every strong program starts with a clear picture of risk. We survey your facility, score pest vulnerabilities, and map device locations into the registers that anchor your entire IPM system.

OVERVIEW

Know Your Risk Before You Manage It

A pest risk assessment is where compliance begins. Before any device is placed, PMC IPM walks your facility to identify entry points, harbourage, attractants, and process specific risks then scores each against a structured methodology auditors recognise.

The findings feed directly into a numbered site map and device register, giving your program a documented, defensible foundation. Instead of arbitrary device placement, every station exists for a mapped, justified reason.

FAQ

Common Questions

How long does an assessment take?

It depends on facility size and complexity. A single warehouse may take a few hours; a multi zone food or pharma plant is scoped over a longer visit. We confirm timing once we understand your site.

Is this a one time service or recurring?

The initial assessment is one time, establishing your baseline. Most standards expect a formal review at least annually or when the facility changes significantly we can schedule that as a recurring review.

Do we need this if we already have devices installed?

Often yes. Existing placements are frequently undocumented or not risk justified. An assessment converts an ad-hoc setup into a mapped, register-backed system auditors will accept.

Can the assessment lead into a monthly program?

Yes it's designed to. The map and register produced here become the operating basis for our IPM Programs & Monthly Compliance service.
